Deynoa Terms of Use
Version dated 16 October 2026.
1. Operator and scope of these terms
The Deynoa application is provided by Ivan Malakhov, a self-employed entrepreneur (OSVČ), business identification number (IČO) 22511741, with a registered address at Estonská 2568, 272 01 Kladno, Česká republika (the "Operator").
Contact for questions, bug reports, complaints and account requests: deynoa.support@gmail.com.
These terms govern the relationship between the Operator and the person using Deynoa (the "User"). When creating an account, the User indicates their consent to these terms after reading them and the Privacy Policy. Consent to optional analytics is given separately.
2. Application features and pricing
Deynoa provides short learning materials about sales, money, purchases and rest. The User can study topics, complete exercises, save written notes and track progress.
Access to the current features is free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, their price, scope and payment arrangements will be presented separately before a purchase is made. No fees will be charged retroactively for access previously provided free of charge.
3. Age and account
The application is intended for people aged 16 or older. During registration, the User confirms that they have reached this age. If applicable law requires a legal representative's consent to enter into the contract, the User must obtain it.
An account requires an email address that the User can access. The User must keep their password confidential and must not give third parties access to the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the User should change the password and contact support.
The contract for use of the free service is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the User as set out in section 9.
4. Technical requirements
Deynoa requires an internet connection and a modern browser with JavaScript support. Browser storage is used to keep the User signed in and retain settings; blocking or clearing it may require the User to sign in again and may result in the loss of local drafts. The User bears their internet access costs.
5. Learning materials
The materials are for general educational purposes. Examples may be hypothetical and simplified, and their applicability depends on the specific circumstances.
The materials about money do not take the User's individual circumstances into account and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The materials about rest do not constitute medical care or individual psychological counselling.
The Operator does not promise a particular income, savings, improvement in well-being or any other individual result. These provisions do not limit statutory requirements concerning the quality of the digital service.
6. Permitted use
The User may use the application for learning and apply the knowledge gained in everyday life and work.
The following are prohibited:
- accessing other people's accounts or data without a lawful basis;
- circumventing security measures, interfering with the application's operation or deliberately creating an excessive load;
- using the application for unlawful activities;
- submitting materials that infringe third-party rights;
- collecting the application's materials by automated means, including scraping, and using them to train artificial intelligence models without the Operator's permission.
Passwords, payment details and third parties' confidential information should not be saved in text fields.
7. Rights to materials and notes
Rights to the application's materials, design, name and other elements belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders. The User may use the available materials for learning for as long as access is provided.
Without the rights holder's permission, distributing the application's materials in their entirety or in substantial parts, selling copies or presenting them as one's own is prohibited. Uses permitted by law without permission remain available.
The User retains the rights to their own notes. Saving them in Deynoa authorises the Operator to process and reproduce them to the extent necessary to store them, display them to the User and provide the requested features. Exclusive rights to the notes are not transferred to the Operator.
8. Service operation and defects
The Operator operates the application and reviews bug reports. Technical interruptions and maintenance may occur. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device and browser.
A bug or service defect can be reported to deynoa.support@gmail.com, with a description of the problem and when it occurred. Passwords and other secret information should not be sent. The Operator reviews the report without undue delay. Defects in the digital service are remedied within a reasonable time, determined by the nature of the particular defect and the purpose of the service, without undue inconvenience to the User. These provisions do not mean that remedying a defect may be deferred for any fixed period.
Where the statutory conditions are met, the User may request that a defect be remedied, terminate the contract and pursue other remedies. Free access does not exclude the User's mandatory rights.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.
9. Stopping use, terminating the contract, deleting an account and restricting access
The User may stop using the application at any time without giving a reason; no notice to the Operator is required. Stopping use does not in itself terminate the contract or delete the account and data.
To terminate the contract, the User sends a message to that effect to deynoa.support@gmail.com. No prescribed form is required, no fee is charged and no reason needs to be given. The contract ends when the Operator receives the message, or on a later date specified in it.
Deletion of the account and associated personal data is also requested by contacting support, preferably from the email address registered to the account; this request may be made at the same time as terminating the contract. The Operator may request proportionate verification of account ownership. The deletion procedure and justified exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may restrict access to the extent necessary to stop a breach of these terms, protect data and the application's security, or where the User is found not to meet the age requirement. Unless doing so would create a security risk or is prohibited by law, the Operator explains the reason for the restriction and provides an opportunity to contact support for clarification.
If the Operator discontinues the service, Users will be notified in advance, except where immediate discontinuation is required by law or to prevent a security threat. Users' mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Personal data and analytics
Data processing is described in the Deynoa Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics. Refusing analytics does not restrict access to learning features. The choice can be changed under "Analytics settings".
11. Changes to terms and features
The Operator may update the application and these terms to develop features, fix bugs, maintain security and comply with the law.
The Operator gives advance notice of material changes by an appropriate means; where separate acceptance is required, it will be requested. Changes do not apply retroactively to claims the User already has. If the User does not accept the amended terms, they may terminate the contract free of charge as set out in section 9. Statutory safeguards relating to changes to a digital service remain unaffected.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive a User acting as a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules, including those of their country of habitual residence where provided for by law.
Questions and complaints should be sent to deynoa.support@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may refer it to a competent court; these terms do not establish exclusive jurisdiction at the Operator's location.
A User acting as a consumer may also contact the out-of-court dispute resolution body, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce): https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Whether a particular dispute can be considered is determined by law and the body's rules.
If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
